Delivery to UK Mainland is charged at £60 flat irrespective of order value. For all other destinations delivery cost will be advised at the time of ordering.

We will make all deliveries to a ground floor, covered location or loading bay. Please be aware that where product assembly is included, the assembly team may not be travelling with the order and may follow after delivery has been made. We will confirm these details to you at the time of placing the order, so that you are fully aware.

Please be aware that additional charges may be incurred should deliveries be made to locations other than a ground floor covered location; but don't worry, this will again be advised at the time of placing the order.

Incorrect charging is a rare occurrence. However, we appreciate that no system is infallible and errors can occur. As such, we have put in place a system whereby all customer orders are manually checked by our Customer Service Team before being placed. This means that you can be assured that any error in the total cost of your order will be credited.

If however, you spot an error that we haven't, we promise to always review the matter quickly and gladly refund any monies due, via the original method of payment.

The length of your delivery time will vary depending on what you order. However, once your order has been placed we will acknowledge your order within 24 hours and advise delivery lead time. Stock items are delivery in approximately 2 weeks and non-stock items are delivered in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Should the timing change for unexpected reasons, we will notify you of any changes ASAP.

That will depend on what you order: some of our items are supplied in a flat pack and will require some light assembly. We have labelled our products with some helpful icons to help you identify the some of the product features (For example, flat packed items have a screw driver symbol).

Don't worry! If your goods arrived damaged or faulty, we will relpace them ASAP. To help us, please contact our customer service team asap and provide photographs for our records.

Yes. We can accept orders from private individuals, however please note two important details:

- As we primarily sell to businesses and educational establishments, we show our prices ex-VAT. Therefore the VAT will be calculated and added to the total of your basket at the checkout, when you come to pay for your goods.

- All of our deliveries are sent through a carrier/courier network and a signature will be required for each delivery. In order to ensure that you receive your order in good condition, we require a signature on delivery and are unable to leave goods unless a signature has been obtained.
