1.Can you tell me more about your delivery charges?
Delivery to trade customers within UK Mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands) is charged at £59 flat, for orders under £1000. Additional charges will apply for certain parts of Highlands & Islands. We’ll confirm charges prior to processing your order. For all other destinations delivery cost will be advised at the time of ordering. Free delivery is offered for orders over £1000.
Delivery to UK Mainland excluding some parts of Scotland is Free for orders over £1000. If your order total is under £1000 there will be a £60 charge to cover our costs. For all other destinations delivery cost will be advised at the time of ordering.
2.Where will you deliver to?
We deliver to customers in mainland UK and worldwide.
We will make all deliveries to a ground floor, first covered location or loading bay.
NOTE: If there are any delivery vehicle parking restrictions or delivery vehicle size (i.e Van, 7.5 ton lorry, articulated lorry), please inform us at the time of ordering. Failure to do so will result in ADDITIONAL CHARGES and delayed delivery.

As such, we have put in place a system whereby all orders are manually checked by our Customer Service Team before being processed. This means that you can be assured that any error in the total cost of your order will be rectified.
If however, you spot an error that we haven’t, we promise to always review the matter quickly and gladly refund any monies due, via the original method of payment.

5.How long will the delivery take?
The length of your delivery time will vary depending on the product(s) you order. Once your order has been placed we will acknowledge your order within 24 hours. Delivery lead times are as mentioned under product description. We will inform you asap if lead times are likely to be longer. As a rough guide, stock items are delivered in approximately 2 weeks and non-stock items are delivered in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Should the timing change for unexpected reasons, we will notify you of any changes ASAP.

Most of our school furniture for students will be supplied fully assembled. Certain height adjustable tables, stools and chairs will require assembly.
That will depend on what you order: some of our items are supplied in a flat pack and will require some light assembly.

Don’t worry! If your goods arrived damaged or faulty, we will replace them ASAP. To help us, please email our customer service team with 24 hours with photographs showing the product damage and any packaging damage.

11.How can we pay for our order?
We have a selection of payment methods to choose from, including: Debit / Credit Cards, Bank Transfers or Cheque.

12.Can I place an order if I am a private individual (ie: not a day care, nursery, school, college, university or business)?
– As we primarily sell to educational institutions, businesses & other organisations, we show prices ex-VAT. Delivery & VAT will be calculated and added to the total of your basket at the checkout when you come to pay for your goods.
– Products featured within our website are designed for commercial & educational use and are built to British standards.
– Delivery to certain home address is not possible due to access for articulated trucks and 7.5 ton lorries.

As we primarily sell to businesses and educational establishments, we show our prices ex-VAT. Therefore, the delivery & VAT charges will be calculated and added to the total of your basket at the checkout, when you come to pay for your goods. Home delivery charges are £120.00 for orders under £250.00
13.What if we are not available when you want to deliver?
Deliveries to business address are normally during working hours 8 am to 5 pm. If you are not likely to be in during these hours, kindly inform us at the time of ordering.
We will work closely with you to agree a convenient day for delivery. However, please note that our deliveries are sent through a carrier/courier network or by parcelforce – and a signature will be required for each delivery. In order to ensure that you receive your order in good condition, we require a signature on delivery and are unable to leave goods unless a signature has been obtained.
